Install the Shared Engine Distribution

If you need a Remote or Shared Engine Distribution depends on your use-case. Check out the architecture overview for more information.

The Full Distribution includes a Shared Process engine and (optionally) the Web Applications.

The distribution is supported on a broad range of containers:

Tomcat: Install the Full Distribution for Apache Tomcat.
JBoss EAP/Wildfly: Install the Full Distribution for JBoss EAP or Wildfly Application Servers.
IBM WebSphere: Install the Full Distribution for IBM WebSphere Application Server.
Oracle WebLogic: Install the Full Distribution for Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
